For small hotels, guest houses and casas rurales

Your Place. Your Guests. Your Money.

We make you a lovely page of your own, where people can see your rooms and book straight with you. Nobody takes a cut. There's nothing for you to learn. And the page itself is free.

A real guest page made for a family-run hotel, showing the rooms and a place to book
A booking just came in Straight to you. No fee taken.
The bit that hurts

Right Now, Someone Else Takes A Slice Of Every Booking.

The big booking sites are useful. They also charge for it — and the charge is bigger than most people realise once it's all added up.

€1 in every €5

That's roughly what a booking site can end up costing you.

In Spain the usual charge is 15% to 18% of the booking, going past 20% if you pay to be shown higher up — and there's tax on top of their fee, plus a further charge if they handle the payment.

It Happens Every Single Year

It isn't a one-off. You pay it again on every booking, every season, for as long as you're on there.

They Keep The Guest, Not You

The people who stayed with you are on their list, not yours. Next year those guests get asked back by them, not by you.

Guests Would Rather Book You Direct

Most people are perfectly happy to book with the place itself — they just need somewhere to do it. That's the whole idea here.

What you get

Three Things, And That's Really It.

No jargon, no training course, no long list of things you'll never touch.

A Page Of Your Own

Your photos, your rooms, your prices, your story. People find it, like the look of it, and book. It belongs to you, and it doesn't cost you anything.

It All Comes Straight To You

A booking, a question, a review — you hear about it the moment it happens. Nobody sits in the middle, and nobody takes a slice on the way past. The money is yours.

Everything On Your Phone

See who's coming, close off the dates you're full, answer a question. It's one simple screen, made for a phone, and it's the only one you need.

How it works

We Do The Work. You Look At It And Say Yes.

Three steps. You don't need to know anything about computers for any of them.

We Have A Chat

A coffee or a phone call. You tell us about your place, what you have and what you charge. That's your whole job at this stage.

About 20 minutes

We Build It For You

We put the whole thing together — the photos, the rooms, the prices, the words. Then we show it to you and change whatever you don't like.

Two to four weeks

Your Site Goes Live

We sit down with you and show you the one screen you'll ever use. That's the whole of the training. After that, bookings just arrive.

About half an hour

You don't have to leave anywhere you're already listed. Keep the booking sites, keep your Instagram, keep everything that works today. This just gives you somewhere of your own as well — and over time, that means more visibility for your place too.

What it costs

The Page Is Free. Everything Else Is Your Choice.

No joining fee, no contract, no minimum. Turn anything on or off whenever you want.

Your Page: Free, Designed To Bring In More Guests

Designed to turn visitors into bookings, and yours to keep for good. Bookings, reviews and more are optional add-ons below.

A Place To Sell Stuff

Photos, prices and descriptions for everything you sell, laid out on your page for people to browse. Choose a grid or a list, whichever suits what you're selling, and it works on its own — no booking system needed first.

$29a month

Taking Bookings Online

Guests pick their dates and book themselves, day or night, straight from a proper photo gallery of every room. They can message you, change their dates, or cancel without ever picking up the phone — and every booking is one you keep, with nothing taken off the top.

$20a month

Table Bookings

Guests ask for a table on a date, for a party size, and send you their contact details — you match the request to a real table from your own screen. There's no gallery to browse, just one simple request that lands straight in your portal.

$19a month

Events

Everything happening at your place — dates, times, prices — in one list on your page. An event can run one day or several, be free or ticketed, and link straight through to wherever your tickets already live.

$19a month

A Printable Menu

An easy-to-use menu that's fully your own — set your fonts and colors, then edit it whenever something changes. Save it and update it as many times as you like, no limits.

$9a month

Guest Reviews On Your Page

Ask your guests what they thought, and show the good ones on your own page — you decide which ones appear before anything goes live. Guests are asked automatically by QR code or email after their stay, and a real booking gets a verified badge.

$5a month

A Newsletter Signup Box

People leave their email to hear from you, and you can send them a message whenever you like. A welcome email goes out automatically the moment someone joins, and the signup box already includes the consent checkbox EU privacy law requires.

$5a month

Customer Inquiries

People can send you a question straight from your page, and you're told the moment one arrives. Every message lands in its own page in your portal, so nothing gets lost in an inbox — mark it read once you've replied.

$3a month

Your Email, In The Same Place

Read and answer your emails without leaving the same screen. Works with the address you already have — nothing new to set up — and everything you send is filed in your real mailbox's Sent folder too, so your phone and laptop stay in step.

Free

Staff Scheduling

Build the week's shifts and share them with your team, so everyone can check their own hours. It warns you about double-bookings or scheduled time off before they turn into a no-show, and staff see their shifts on one shared link — no logins, no app to install.

Free

A Shared Team Calendar

Meetings, maintenance and time off, in one calendar the whole team can see — and it can block off dates automatically so a scheduled event stops guests booking into it. Subscribe from Google, Apple or Outlook with one link, no separate account to connect.

Erik, who designs and builds Frontsill
Who you'd be dealing with

Hello — I'm Erik.

I'm not a call centre and I'm not a big company. I'm one person who has spent fifteen years designing things so that ordinary people can actually use them, and I work on every one of these pages myself.

That's the difference you'd feel. A lot of software for small hotels is made by people who have never stood behind a desk at seven in the morning. I've spent my whole career watching real people get stuck on screens that made perfect sense to whoever built them and to nobody else.

So if something confuses you, that's my fault and not yours — and I'll fix it. You'll always be talking to a person, not a ticket number.

Questions

Things People Ask Us

I'm really not good with computers. Is that a problem?

No — and it's the most common thing people say to us. We build the whole page for you, so you never have to make one. What's left for you is one screen on your phone, and we sit with you until you're comfortable with it. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use this.

Is the page really free, or is there a catch?

The design and the build really are free — we don't send you a bill for putting your page together. We only make money if you later decide you'd like guests to be able to book online, or one of the other extras. If you never do, that's fine too.

Do I have to come off Booking.com?

Not at all, and we'd tell you not to at first. Stay exactly where you are. This just gives you a second way for people to book — one that doesn't charge you. Over time most places find more guests come that way, and then what to do about it is your decision.

How long does it take?

Usually two to four weeks from the first chat to being open. Most of that is us working, not you. We'll need some photos and your prices, and that's about all we'll ask of you.

What if I want to stop?

Then you stop. There's no contract and no notice period. Turn off anything you're paying for whenever you like, and you keep the free page regardless.

My place isn't a hotel. Does it still work?

Yes. Guest houses, casas rurales, a couple of apartments, a bed and breakfast, rooms above a bar — it's all the same thing as far as we're concerned. It works for restaurants too, and for people who take appointments rather than nights.

Where is my information kept, and is it safe?

On secure servers, backed up automatically, and it stays yours — ask us for a copy of everything at any time and we'll send it over. We never sell it and we never hand it to anyone else.

Start With A Conversation.

Tell us a bit about your place and we'll come back to you. No pressure, no salesman, and no obligation to do anything at all.
